The centre is going to provide a platform for experts, cooperate with other research and academic institutions, and organise public lectures, summers schools, research seminars and conferences.
The conference, designed as a meeting space for students and beginning researchers of Medieval Britain from across the Humanities, is the fifth in a series after Prague 2012, Giessen 2013, Bonn 2014, and Prague 2016. We invite both full papers and work in progress reports on all aspects of medieval literature, language and culture.
Doc. Michal Pullmann is a CUFA alumnus, having studied History and Sociology. Since 2010, he has been Director of the Department of Economic and Social History, CUFA, where he made his habilitation in 2014 with a thesis on The End of the Experiment.
